- Returns
We accept returns on most products within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@brandhub.com.pk to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
- Late or Missing Refunds
